Get started with the tools, concepts and key information to build relationships and reach your audiences through online communities, such as Facebook & twitter

Make sure your media releases are compelling and are read and used by journalists

Write for the web (1/2 -day)
Learn what makes a great story – one that gets read and gets a reaction. Be appropriate, genuine and engaging

Slideshows/videos on a shoestring  (Full-day)
Learn how to get an audio slideshow or a video clip together. You will explore audio editing, cropping pictures and mixing them into a story using free software.

Proofread like a pro (1/2-day)
Clean up your writing to save time, save money and save face. Think about spelling, punctuation, grammar and the proofreading techniques that work
